Role Overview:
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be responsible for driving brand narratives and creative excellence across multiple industries. From campaign ideation to scriptwriting and storytelling, you’ll collaborate with strategy, design, and business teams to deliver concepts that resonate, inspire, and perform.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Campaign Ideation
- Conceptualize and execute integrated creative campaigns across diverse brands and industries.
- Develop creative narratives, scripts, and copy aligned with brand tone and objectives.
- Translate business and communication goals into compelling creative strategies.
Pitch & Presentation
- Collaborate with the New Business team to conceptualize ideas, campaigns, and creative showcases for pitches.
- Present campaign strategies, scripts, and creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
Creative Excellence & Recognition
- Ensure all creative work meets an award-winning standard.
- Take ownership of identifying and submitting work for relevant industry awards to enhance team visibility and recognition.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning & client servicing) to ensure brand objectives are effectively translated into creative output.
- Provide creative direction and visual guidance to the design and video teams to bring ideas to life.
- Communicate briefs and breakdowns effectively to junior creatives to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Ownership
- Manage revisions based on internal and client feedback while maintaining high creative standards.
- Set practical and realistic timelines to balance ideation, refinement, and delivery.
- Stay involved throughout the entire production process—from concept to execution—across digital, print, events, and film.
Research & Trend Awareness
- Conduct detailed research on brands, competitors, and audiences to strengthen campaign strategy.
- Stay consistently updated with market trends, cultural shifts, and emerging digital innovations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or brand communication (agency experience preferred).
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of marketing strategy, audience psychology, and visual communication.
- Ability to multitask across brands and maintain a high creative benchmark.
- Familiarity with award platforms, campaign submission formats, and creative evaluation metrics.
