Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can bring stories to life through visuals and motion.
As a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you’ll conceptualize, design, and produce engaging content across platforms — from brand films and digital ads to social media reels and explainer videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, impactful videos for digital and social platforms.
• Work on short-form and long-form video formats including reels, ads, testimonials, and brand films.
• Ensure smooth transitions, crisp pacing, and high production value in all deliverables.
• Add sound design, music, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling.
Motion Graphics & Animation
• Create visually appealing 2D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Develop animated templates and brand assets for repeatable content use.
• Combine motion graphics with live-action footage to create dynamic brand videos.
Creative Collaboration
• Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to visualize campaign ideas.
• Interpret storyboards and scripts into visually compelling video treatments.
• Stay aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and visual aesthetics for all clients.
Quality, Innovation & Research
• Maintain high creative standards and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation styles, and digital content formats.
• Recommend new techniques and tools to enhance visual storytelling.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency or production house preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Audition or DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetics.
• Knowledge of aspect ratios, export formats, and platform specifications (Meta, YouTube, OTT, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent creative quality.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with 3D motion design (Cinema 4D / Blender) is a plus.
• Familiarity with sound design and basic color grading.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual rhythm and narrative flow.
