Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend technologies, database management, and API development, and should be able to support web and mobile applications with secure and high-performance backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.
- Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Manage databases, data models, and server-side logic.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams for seamless integration.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend development (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Node.js / Python / PHP (any one or more).
- Experience with frameworks like Express, Django, Laravel, or Codeigniter
- Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Experience with API development and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization.
- Experience working in agency, startup, or product-based environments is preferred.
