Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Performance/Paid Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of result-driven plans for paid campaigns across various digital platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Setup and Management: Set up, optimize, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Keyword Research and Ad Copywriting: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for campaigns and create compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per click, etc., and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, targeting criteria, etc., and implement findings to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
