Role Overview:
As a Senior Brand Solutions Strategist, you will be the bridge between brand ambition and creative execution. You’ll lead strategic thinking for multiple accounts — ensuring every campaign, communication, and digital initiative aligns with client goals and delivers measurable impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and media partners to turn insights into integrated marketing strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Client Understanding
• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, brand positioning, and communication goals.
• Translate briefs into insight-led strategies, campaign frameworks, and creative directions.
• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic presentations to ensure brand alignment.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with brand priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day brand requirements, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams — creative, content, media, and technology — to ensure seamless execution.
3. Performance Tracking & Insights
• Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.
• Prepare reports and dashboards as per defined scopes, translating data into actionable insights.
• Identify learnings from campaign performance and recommend strategic or creative optimizations.
4. Client Relationship & Communication
• Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on brand and digital matters.
• Support the Brand Solutions Lead in driving client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic foresight.
• Anticipate client needs and propose innovative ideas or value-adds to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
5. Team Management & Collaboration
• Manage daily workflows within the team — ensuring clarity, ownership, and accountability for deliverables.
• Mentor junior strategists and support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.
• Partner with internal creative leads to align campaign tone, design direction, and messaging.
6. Market Intelligence & Innovation
• Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms, integrating them into campaign thinking.
• Benchmark competition, analyze market shifts, and recommend innovative approaches for clients.
• Continuously explore opportunities to improve client ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy, client servicing, or digital marketing account management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital media, creative strategy, and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and campaign reporting platforms.
